On the ground floor there is the bathroom, the well-equipped solid wood kitchen, the cozy living and dining room and a small hallway. The bedroom (double bed) in the attic can be reached via a (steep) staircase in the living room. Behind it is a very small room with two more sleeping options (1 small bed and a sofa bed). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a 5th bed. In total there is about 70 square meters of space inside (minus the sloping ceilings) - ideal for a couple or parents with up to two children. As the bedroom serves as a passage to the room with two sleeping options, it is not suitable for more than 2 adults. Outside there is a storage room for bicycles and skis as well as a covered carport for 2 cars and plenty of space. The house is connected to the cable network and therefore has fast internet (WiFi, free of charge) and numerous TV programs. A modern TV is in the living room. Music can be played wirelessly via the existing Sonos music system.
